Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns
Your order ships for free. Any return shipping charges for exchanges or returns is the responsibility of the buyer.
If you need to initiate an exchange, please call us at 541-632-3284 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to hold items while we await receipt of your exchange.
We will accept returns for any item if you aren’t completely happy with it. Please return the item(s) within 14 days of the receipt for purchase, unworn, and with the original tags attached.
Your order will ship as soon as possible. If it is ordered before 2pm PST Monday through Friday, it will ship that day. If an order is placed after 2pm PST, or on the weekend, it will ship out on the next business day.
We try our best to keep our website inventory up to date. In rare cases, our retail store location may sell an item concurrently with an online order. If we find that we are out of stock of an item you ordered, we will notify you the same day, or the next morning. You will automatically be refunded for any items found to be out of stock.
Payment Methods & Gift Certificates
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay on our website.
At this time, we do not offer any form of electronic gift certificates to be used online. If you have a physical gift certificate from our retail store that you would like to use online, or you would like to purchase a physical gift certificate, please call us at 541-632-3284.
Sizing And Fit Questions
We know that shopping for clothing online isn’t easy! We provide some very basic fit information in the description of our items, but if you would like us to provide further measurements, sizing and fit guidance, or other questions about items we sell, please call us at 541-632-3284.
