Loco Chore Jacket in Olive
From iconic American brand Lee, this jacket comes from their “Vintage Modern” collection, which focuses on updated versions of their own classic pieces. The Loco Chore jacket (originally known as the 91-J) was originally designed as a workman’s overcoat to pair with bib overalls, becoming the unofficial uniform of railroad workers. Debuting in 1925, this garment’s design remained unchanged through it’s retirement in 1982. This long sleeved jacket has large front-facing pockets, curved hem, branded snap buttons, reinforced sleeves, and triple-needle stitching. Also included is the original interior pocket, where train conductors would often keep their small notepads to log information.
